Why we use it

• To verify that buyers are genuine retail shops
• To process orders, deliveries, invoices, warranty and returns
• To send order updates by SMS, email and on your dashboard

How we protect it

• Documents are stored in a private area that only authorised staff can open.
• Passwords are stored encrypted. Staff sign in with a one-time SMS code.
• Every staff action is recorded in an audit log.

Sharing

• We share delivery details with the courier, and IMEI details with the brand for warranty. We never sell your data.
