Accounts

• Accounts are for registered retail businesses only. You must give true information and a valid trade license.
• We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or gives false documents.
• Keep your password private. Orders placed from your account are your responsibility.

Prices and orders

• Wholesale prices are confidential and only for approved shops. Do not share or publish them.
• Prices may change without notice. The price on your confirmed order is final.
• Stock is held for unpaid orders for a limited time, then released automatically.
• We may limit quantities per order to keep supply fair.

Payment and credit

• Orders ship after payment is verified, except for approved credit accounts.
• Credit must be paid by the due date. Overdue balances pause further credit orders.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Brand warranty terms apply to all handsets.

Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes fall under the courts of Dhaka.
